The old Sundown subs that were in there have been very good to us We have had them probably 10 years There is nothing wrong with them we simply needed something with a little more power handling. They sounded great but rated at just 2 000 watts each they were being pushed a little to hard at times. We were giving them almost double their rated power and trying not to break them. We decided to try these as they are rated a lot closer to the power we have available at 3500-4000 watts power handling each. Also new COB LED s were installed while the subs were out. They are MUCH better Kay Kays truck really pounds but now we have a new problem. These ones want MORE. They are agressive snappy and deep...but they sound hungry for more Maybe someday we will add another bass amp to the mix.
